Alphanumeric Support for Tag Values

Required POS Build: 10081

Previously, the payment terminal only accepted tag values containing numbers. With this update, we’ve resolved this limitation, allowing you to use both numbers and letters in your tag values.

How to Enable:

• From the ISO login, go to S.T.E.A.M then Edit Parameters

• Search and select the merchant DBA from the search box at the top

• Choose Edit Parameter and navigate to the Value Add section

• Under Keyboard type, select Alphanumeric from the drop-down menu
