Breakup Screen on PinPad Device

In PinPad transactions, both the Master device and the integrated PinPad used to display a breakup screen. However, this update ensures that the PinPad device will no longer show the breakup screen when tip, tax, and fee are disabled; it will only appear when these features are enabled.
