Change Primary Merchant Email Address

Previously, changing the merchant’s primary email address was not possible on iPOSpays portal. However, with the latest update, users now have the ability to modify the primary email address associated with a merchant.

Follow these steps to make the necessary changes:

Step 1: Go to the Merchants tab.

Step 2: Select the specific merchant for which you want to change the email address.

Step 3: Click Edit Merchant Info

Step 4: Select Edit Email and change the email address.

Step 5: Finally select save.
