Customer Copy Print Confirmation for SPIn

Previously, when performing a PIN pad transaction, merchants did not have the option to choose whether or not to print a customer copy of the receipt. This update introduces a new feature where if the Customer Copy Print Confirmation is enabled for the TPN, the Master device will display a prompt asking the merchant to confirm whether to print the customer copy or not.

How to Enable:

  • Login to the iPOSpays portal using an ISO admin account.
  • Go S.T.E.AM -> Edit Parameters.
  • Search and select the TPN for which you wish to enable this feature from the search box at the top.
  • Click on Edit Parameter -> Receipt -> Enable Customer Copy -> Paper -> Enable Customer copy print confirmation.
  • Click Save and download the parameters on the payment terminals for the changes to take effect.
