Display Cart Items on Device for SPIn

With this update, merchants using SPIn integration can now include cart items in the request sent from their cash register application to their Dejavoo payment terminals, enabling the terminals to display the cart items along with the card and cash prices of the transaction.

What You’ll Notice:

ITEMS

• When the merchant initiates the request from the cash register, the request will include the cart items with their card and cash prices, or just the card price. The display of both prices depends on the register's configuration, and the request will be sent to the payment terminal accordingly.

• Once the request is initiated, the payment terminal will display each cart item with its respective amount. The item list can be scrolled, allowing the customer to review and confirm the items before proceeding with payment.

• Both the card and cash prices of the transaction will be displayed so the customer can easily compare the difference between paying with a card and cash.

Options Available to the Customer:

• TO REGISTER: If the customer wishes to remove any item, the merchant can tap this button to send the items back to the register for modification.

• CHECKOUT: Proceed to complete the transaction.
