Get Signature Response Code in SPIn

Required iOS Version: 1.0.42

This update is for merchants using SPIn integration. When the customer signs on the connected PIN pad terminal, the response code sent back to the POS system was not reflected to the Get Signature. This update fixes that issue to ensure that Get Signature is reflected in the response code.
