iPOS S.A.F.E

iPOS S.A.F.E is a risk management tool that is crucial for ensuring transactional security. It’s designed to protect merchants by spotting and stopping potential fraud or suspicious activity before it occurs, rather than after the damage is done – a significant improvement compared to traditional systems.

With this feature, ISOs can configure Risk Rules per TPN or set Templates to apply to existing or newly created TPNs. These Rules, when triggered, will automatically deactivate the affected TPN. The ISOs may reactivate it, by selecting the “Activate” option located on the iPOS S.A.F.E module -> Risk Rules -> locate desired TPN. Before reactivating a TPN we strongly suggest the ISO confirm the transactions that triggered this “Risk Flag” by communicating with the merchant to validate the legitimacy of these transaction attempts.
