New Parameters in Dual Pricing

With this update, ISOs can now give their merchants the option to:

• Apply a Dual Pricing fee to tips.
• Apply tax to the Dual Pricing fee.

Both options can be enabled/disabled from the “Edit Parameter” section of the iPOSpays portal. This is available for merchants who use CloudPOS and Gateway-powered payment terminals.

How to enable:

• Login to the iPOSpays portal using an ISO/Agent account.
• Click on S.T.E.A.M, then Edit Parameters.
• Search and select the TPN from the search box for which you wish to enable this feature.
• Click on Edit Parameter.
• Click on the “Fee” tab -> Enable/disable “Apply fee on tip” and “Apply tax on fee.”
