Partial Approval Amount Mismatch

Before this update, If a transaction was declined on the main device and the option for partial approval was off, the PinPad screen showed the wrong amount. Now, with this update, the PinPad screen will show the correct amount entered by the user, even if the transaction is declined on the main device. This change helps avoid confusion and makes the transaction process clearer for everyone.
