Partial Approval Bug Fix

Required POS Build: 10074

Previously, when partial approval was disabled for a TPN and the payment terminal declined the transaction, the transaction was successfully declined, but the receipt was printed incorrectly, indicating that the transaction was successful. This bug has now been fixed, and the receipt is printed correctly.
