Quarterly Recurring Payments

The Recurring Payments feature has been updated to allow merchants to set up quarterly payments. With this feature, merchants can now schedule payments every three months from a chosen start date. This gives more options for managing subscriptions and billing.

How to Use:

  • Log in to the iPOSpays portal with a merchant account.

  • Go to CloudPOS -> My Customers.

  • Find the customer by searching their email, phone number, or name.

  • Click More on the right side, then select Add Recurring Payment.

Set Up Recurring Payment:

  1. Enter the payment amount, TPN (Terminal Profile Number), card type, card number, and (optional) external reference ID.

  2. From the Frequency drop-down menu, choose Quarterly. A message will show when the next payment is due.

  1. Select the start date using the calendar view.
  1. Set an end condition:

    • Never – The payment continues until canceled.

    • End by Date – The payment stops on the date you choose.

    • End After Successful Payments – Enter the number of payments; the cycle stops after this many successful transactions.

Edit/Cancel Recurring Payment:

  • Go to CloudPOS -> Recurring Payments.

  • Click Edit Recurring Payment.

  • You can change the frequency or delete the Recurring Payment.
