Retain Customer Contacts in Run a Sale

Previously, during the Run a Sale transaction, when the merchant entered the QuickBooks invoice number to fetch the transaction details from QuickBooks, the saved phone number and email address would automatically be removed from the fields. Since the fields cannot be edited in the Run a Sale transaction, merchants could not proceed with the transaction.

This issue has been acknowledged and resolved so that entering the QuickBooks invoice number will no longer remove the phone number and email address allowing merchants to complete transactions seamlessly.

How to Access: From the merchant login, go to the My Customers page -> Select the customer -> Click on Action Box under Card Type -> Select Run a Sale
