Signature Compatibility

This update is for merchants who recently migrated from non-Gateway to Gateway-powered payment terminals. Previously, the encodedSign fields inside <Sign> and <ExtData> in the SPIn response code were sent as URL-encoded base64 sign data. To solve this, we added a new Signature Upload option in the iPOSpays portal. When enabled, the encodedSign fields inside <Sign> and <ExtData> will be sent as base64 image data, ensuring compatibility with the SPIn register.

Where to Enable: From the ISO login, click on S.T.E.A.M, then Edit Parameters -> Search and select the TPN in the search box -> Edit Parameter -> Integration -> SPIn -> Enable Signature Upload
