With TPN notes, we have made it more convenient for ISOs/agents to log notes against specific TPNs or merchants. These notes will be viewed by our support team across multiple locations to ensure a more streamlined communication process between ISOs/agents and the support team, making it easier to address any queries or errors they might have.

How To Add Notes: Merchants->select merchant->TPN no->add notes.
