Void and Refund

In this update, the privileges for “Void” and “Refund” on the iPOSpays portal have been categorized separately for convenience.

How to Disable:

• From the Merchant login, go to User Management

• Search and select the user you wish to modify (Merchant, Store Manager, or Multi Store Manager) from the search box at the top

• Click on Edit User

Select Modules and Privileges -> Scroll down, and click on Transactions-> Enable/Disable Refund Transaction and Void Transaction.
