Invoice API

Introduction

The Invoice API allows integrators to create and manage customers and invoices directly from their own applications or workflows using iPOSpays.

Once a customer and invoice are created through the API, they can be managed and used to collect payments through multiple channels — including the Invoice API, Invoices module on iPOSpays, HPP API, Freedom to Design, or the Transact API.

Key Features

• Customer Creation — Create, edit, delete, and get customers directly through the API.
• Invoice Creation — Create, edit, and delete invoices for new customers and existing customers.
• Multi-Channel Payment Collection — Collect payments against invoices through any of the following supported channels: Invoices module on iPOSpays , HPP API , Freedom to Design , Transact API .
• Flexible Integration — Designed for external integrators who need to embed invoicing and payment collection into their own platforms or workflows

Prerequisites

• For Sandbox (UAT)

Users should be Onboarded on iPOSpays sandbox(UAT) environment as a merchant and have a valid CloudPOS TPN.

• For Production (Live)

Users should be onboarded on iPOSpays production environment as a merchant and have a valid CloudPOS TPN.
