This seamless transfer enables you to keep charging your customers without any interruptions or the need for them to re-enter their payment details.
Data migration process
Migrating data to iPOSpays typically involves these steps:

Ask Your Current Processor
Once you’ve finished setting up your integration and are ready to start processing payments on iPOSpays, the next step is to ask your current payment processor for your payment data. Typically, this involves the account owner reaching out to the processor since they usually only transfer data upon the account owner’s request.
After requesting the data transfer from your previous processor, let us know. iPOSpays can import your customer payment details (such as credit card and bank account information for ACH and billing address information. However, subscriptions must be recreated separately and cannot be imported.
Avoid sending sensitive credit card details or customer information directly to iPOSpays. If you have this data, please contact your Dejavoo sales representative team for secure assistance in transferring your data.

It can take between a few days and several weeks for your previous processor to transfer the final data to iPOSpays, so make sure to allow for this transition time in your migration plan. If any issues arise with the transferred data, we’ll identify them and collaborate with your previous processor to rectify them.
Once your data has been transferred from your previous processor, iPOSpays will begin importing it into your account. Each unique customer in the transferred data file will be created as a Customer in iPOSpays, along with their associated cards as Card or Source objects.
This import process typically takes place within 5 business days after receiving complete and accurate data from your previous processor.
Migration PGP key
If you’re unfamiliar with PGP, see GPG (opens in a new tab) and start by importing a public key (opens in a new tab). After you familiarize yourself with the basics of PGP, use the following PGP key to encrypt sensitive data (like credit card information) for PCI-compliant migration.
