Tap to Pay on iPhone With iPOSgo!
Tap to Pay on iPhone is a technology that allows iPhones to accept payments using NFC to process transactions in EMV mode. The SDK gives mobile app developers full control until payment initiation, after which it completes the transaction and reports back via callback functions.
Use Cases
- Third-party mobile applications listed on app stores can integrate Tap to Pay, allowing their merchants to accept payments directly through their iPhone.
- Merchants with NFC-enabled devices can process contactless payments without the need for additional hardware.
- Mobile app developers can integrate the Tap to Pay SDK for rapid and secure payment processing. With this solution, you can:
Integration Options
We offer two types of integration for third-party iOS applications: In-app SDK and DeepLinking.
-
In-app SDK: This integration requires the integrator to obtain an entitlement from Apple using an organization account, which typically takes around two weeks. Unlike Deep Linking, it allows the third-party application to accept payments directly without requiring iPOSgo! to be installed. It also provides greater flexibility and a more seamless experience by eliminating the need for two separate applications. Please note: when applying for the entitlement, choose the region as US and select Dejavoo SDK as your PSP.
-
DeepLinking: This method does not require any entitlement from Apple, making it simple to implement. However, it requires both the third-party application and iPOSgo! (our payment application) to be installed on the merchant’s device.
Both integration options impose no compliance burden on the developer or the merchant.
All of our payment applications included in this page comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). PCI DSS is a set of security standards designed to ensure that any company accepting, processing, storing, or transmitting credit card information maintains a secure environment. By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure that all payment data is handled with the highest level of security, protecting sensitive information and preventing data breaches.
